With the new Paytronix integration, customer care and support teams in the US can view guest loyalty profiles and take Paytronix actions directly inside the Momos Unified Inbox. Whether you’re resolving an issue or delighting a repeat customer, you can now issue Paytronix points, grant rewards, or fix missed transactions from one place.
Reward Loyalty with Ease
- Auto profile match: Momos automatically surfaces the best-match loyalty profiles using review and survey details, giving you instant access to loyalty tier, card information, and contact details at a glance.
- Track balances & expirations: View points, rewards, and expiry dates alongside guest feedback and order history.
- Add points or dollars spent: Credit custom point amounts or convert dollar spend to points automatically based on your program's accrual rules.
- Grant rewards & offers: Choose approved rewards from your brand catalog and issue them to the guest. You can also reverse a reward back into points to adjust a guest's balance when needed.
- Post a missed transaction: Upload an in-store receipt and convert it into eligible points according to your program rules.

We currently support Paytronix, with additional US programs on our roadmap. Your account manager can share target timelines and early-access options for upcoming provider integrations.
Can I take actions from a specific review or survey?
Yes. When reviews or surveys include contact details, Momos automatically matches them to a Paytronix profile, allowing you to credit points or grant rewards directly from the conversation thread.
How fast do changes show up for the guest?
Changes typically show up immediately after Paytronix confirms the action. If a delay or error occurs, Momos will display the error message and prompt you to retry.
Can I restrict who can issue points or rewards?
Yes. This feature can be limited to approved users within your organization.
How are missed transactions handled?
Your team fills out the receipt details. Momos then saves the transaction and posts the eligible spend to Paytronix's transaction history.
Will Momos respect my brand’s tiers, accrual rules, and rewards?
Yes. We pull your program configuration from Paytronix during onboarding and enforce it within the product.
Can I track whether guests use the points or rewards we issue?
Winback tracking based on issued points and rewards is on the roadmap for Q4 2025. We’ll share beta details as it’s ready.
How is this priced?
