Loyalty Actions is now available on the Momos mobile app. Operators using Paytronix or Spendgo can issue points, grant rewards, and manage guest loyalty profiles directly from their phones — with no desktop required and no new setup needed.

Everything works exactly as it does on desktop. If you've used Loyalty Actions before, you're already ready.

What You Can Do

Issue points & rewards on the go: Credit points or grant rewards from a guest's loyalty profile, anywhere, in real time.

View full loyalty profiles: See loyalty tier, points balance, rewards, and expiry dates directly from the Momos mobile inbox.

Post missed transactions: Upload a receipt and convert it to eligible points, even when you're away from your desk.

Recover guests in the moment: Respond to a negative experience before the guest leaves, turning a bad visit into a reason to come back.

Getting Started

Loyalty Actions on Mobile is now available to Paytronix customers with no additional setup. If you're on Spendgo, contact your Momos Account or Customer Success Manager to enable it.

FAQs

Is this a new feature, or the same as desktop?
It's the same Loyalty Actions you know now, accessible from the Momos mobile app. All actions, rules, and configurations carry over automatically.
Which loyalty platforms are supported?
Paytronix and Spendgo are supported. Additional platforms are on the roadmap — your account manager can share timelines.
Do I need to set anything up?
No. If you're already using Loyalty Actions on Paytronix, it's now available on mobile. Spendgo customers should contact their Account Managers for details.
Can I restrict who can issue points or rewards from mobile?
Yes. Permission controls apply across both desktop and mobile. Your existing access settings carry over.
